There is no additional cost per child in a household after two children have been enrolled.

  • 24/7 provider access

  • Chronic medical care management

  • Preventative visits

  • Sports physicals

  • Minor skin lesion biopsies (pathology lab fee is additional)

  • Minor laceration repair

  • Removal of minor skin lesions/warts

  • Behavioral Health

  • Simple aspiration/injection of joints (pathology lab fee is additional)

  • Removal of cerumen (ear wax)

  • Certain free In-House labs

  • Minor abscess incision and drainage

  • Splinting and casting

  • Cryotherapy of skin lesions/warts

  • Blood pressure monitoring

  • Trigger-point injections

  • Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy (reduced price at $35 per session)

  • Basic vision screening

  • Nail removal

  • Diagnostic labs, EKG, and imaging are outsourced, but Member pays negotiated cash price with no mark-ups
